FAVORITE THING ABOUT MY JOB: As a member of the purchasing department, I have the privilege of working with great people to ensure materials are ready for the projects.

THOUGHTS ABOUT BEING A WOMAN IN THIS INDUSTRY? Being Hispanic, I grew up seeing many women in the landscape industry, with my mother being the first woman I saw in this field. Later, my aunts also joined. I have worked with many women over the years, and their involvement in this industry has shown me that, although being a woman in the landscape industry is hard, it is very much possible. My advice for women who are thinking of entering the landscape industry is to DO IT! You can do ANYTHING you can set your mind to.

FAVORITE THING(S) TO DO AWAY FROM MY JOB: My favorite thing to do away from my job is to be with my family. I love being able to spend time and make core memories with my husband, son, and our pup.
