WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB HERE: I started working as a crew member, and this year, I was promoted to crew leader.

FAVORIT THING ABOUT MY JOB: I love to work outdoors, with plants, and with my crew, which is made up of my brother and a close friend that I referred to myself. Also, my manager, Lucas, gives us great direction and makes sure we deliver Mariani-level work.
