This release is to gain permission to create and use photography for advertising, promotional, and educational publications and mediums. It also clarifies our intentions and commitment to protect your interests. Mariani will never disclose your name, address, or other reasonably identifiable information without your express permission. Mariani will seek the Client's additional consent if the property has the opportunity to be profiled in print and online publications.

The undersigned client (the "Client") gives Mariani Enterprises, LLC dba Mariani Landscape ("Mariani," "we," or "us"), its representatives, agents, and employees the right to enter the property (the "Property") to photograph still and video images of the work performed by Mariani on the Property.

The Client grants Mariani permission and license:

To photograph the Property to use and publish in certain promotional, advertising, or educational materials, in any form or medium, which may include but are not limited to: award submissions, website content, video content, social media, print and online advertising, collateral, trade show materials, editorial content, and internal communications.
To use, re-use, edit, reproduce, publish, republish, and distribute any images obtained from the photography for the purposes so indicated.
To all rights, title, and interest in and to the images obtained pursuant hereunder, including any and all intellectual property rights.

The Client hereby completely and forever releases Mariani, its agents, representatives, and employees so that they may use the images freely and at their discretion for any legal purpose, without the need to obtain permission from (other than noted above) or provide any additional compensation to the Client, monetary or otherwise. The Client waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the images.
