Our mission is to create and maintain unique, quality environments for the benefit of our clients and community. Whether a cozy garden in the city, a large estate or a healing garden, our work improves people’s lives by extending living space outdoors.

We believe in simplifying life for our clients. Each client works with a dedicated client representative who serves as one point of contact for all Mariani services. And in keeping with the half-century tradition begun by his father, Frank Mariani personally visits each site to ensure it meets Mariani standards.

Our tremendous success is the result of our talented team of associates. We recruit the brightest graduate and undergraduate students from colleges and universities across the country, and we offer a renowned internship program for students pursuing careers in the green industry. Each year, our crews receive additional training to ensure they are among the best in the industry.

On a company-wide scale, we incorporate eco-friendly principles into our business practices. We plant trees and other plants that reduce pollution and help cool the earth, and we beautify the outdoors and educate the public on the importance of stewardship. We incorporate LEED principles into our projects; design and install green roofs and incorporate native plants into our designs. Several of our associates serve as environmental advocates, evaluating the environmental impact of each design and discussing opportunities to make each project more eco-friendly.

Mariani Landscape is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) and the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association (ILCA).
